Weekly Radio Show

HAPHI has a weekly radio show on an ethnic radio station to increase our target populationsโ€™ awareness about important public issues and how they can be involved. Important health issues such as COVID-19 are discussed. We also provide general education to members of the community. We also bring important community issues to the community. The radio show is not just a platform for disseminating information; it also serves as a vital tool for engaging with the community. By facilitating dialogue with the audience through social media and phone calls, the show creates a space for listeners to voice their concerns, ask questions, and share their experiences. This interactive element is crucial for building trust and ensuring that the information provided is relevant and addresses the actual needs of the community.
Moreover, the engagement through social media and phone calls allows for real-time feedback and discussions, making the radio show a dynamic and responsive platform. It helps in identifying emerging issues and concerns within the community, enabling HAPHI to tailor its programs and interventions more effectively. This two-way communication fosters a sense of community and solidarity among listeners, empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. By integrating these interactive elements, the radio show not only informs but also strengthens the connection between HAPHI and the community it serves, enhancing the overall impact of its outreach efforts.
